Saudi Hepco LLC was established in 2002 to manufactures a wide range of Plastic
pipes and pipe fittings in the following materials:
- uPVC
- HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
- GRP/FRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic/ Fiber Reinforced Plastic)
- GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy, known as "Epoxy")

maintain the high standards in production and applies stringent quality control
process to meet the requiremnt as per Saudi and ISO 9001 standards...
Glass or Fiber Reinforced Plastic Pipes
Productions follows according to ASTM D2992, D3262 and D3517, in a range of pressure
rating and stiffness class.
GRP Pipes are filament wound,
glass fiber reinforced thermosetting resin tubes, with or without a corrosion resistant
and fits with a jointing system to suit the application.
The tubes are filament wound on a fixed diameter and length, rotating mould or mandrel.
This manufacture process enables continue glass fiber to be placed precisely at
the desired angle on the mandrel, forming a double helix pattern to give the end
product in desire properties.
The glass fibers are coated with or without the inner fillers that was chosen for
the application. The inner corrosion resistance barrier liner is applied by chopper
spray machine to the mandrel to the desired thickness.
